Hyatt Centric Center City Philadelphia

This was my second time staying at the Hyatt Centric Center City, both times for work. I enjoyed my room this time much more than I did the first time. I requested a corner room hoping for a nice view, and what I got was a beautiful view (especially at night), in addition to a spacious, comfortable room. The customer service is amazing, at the front desk and with housekeeping. Patrick, in particular, was not only professional and friendly, but worked with me on the day of my departure and gave me an extended time for check out to accommodate my later flight. The good people who cleaned my room - Sonya and Mayelin - were patient, warm, and efficient. I only wish I had thought ahead and brought cash with me to give both of them substantial tips. In a time when people are treated like commodities instead of customers, I am grateful for the experience I had at the Hyatt Centric. I will definitely go back!

We had a great stay at the Hyatt this past weekend. The Parking Manager was friendly and efficient and welcomed us to the hotel. The front desk clerk was very cordial, very thorough, very helpful and checked us in quickly. She was very welcoming!! Our room was large, on a low floor, had nice views and was very quiet. The room itself was very nicely laid out and had recently been renovated. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the TV was easy to use and worked perfectly and the room was spotless and nicely prepared by housekeeping. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and again the service was excellent. Loved the location of the hotel and can highly recommend. This was our first stay at a Hyatt Centric and we were impressed.

Our law firm was in town for a week long out of state hearing. Jessica was so helpful in getting all of the details figured out for our group stay. Cole happily assisted in all of our shipments and requests! The facility was wonderful and everyone was so accommodating and hospitable! The bell men received rave reviews from our courier who had to make multiple deliveries to our conference room. We will definitely consider them for any future stays in the area!

Everything in the hotel is beautiful. Awesome shower. Even the check in staff was exceptionally professional. Worth it. The bed was so insanely soft that if you prefer a firmer bed make sure to ask for one lol

Great location. Easy to get to via SEPTA. Room was very comfortable. Only complaints are that the elevators take a very long time to arrive when called (though are very quick once you’re inside them. It is very strange. No matter what time of day) and the gym had several broken equipment and was very small for the size of this hotel. Otherwise I highly recommend it. Part of the hotel collection if you have AMEX platinum.

I had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. First impressions - The hotel is clean, calm and new/modern. It’s located on a quiet street, yet walking distance From all center city attractions. Check-in was super quick and easy and the young lady at the front desk who assisted me (I wish I made a note of her name) was superb. I had a corner king room on the 4th floor and it did not disappoint. It was clean and comfortable and the perfect size. The only thing I would improve is breakfast - although it was tasty, I do wish there were a few more entree options (but it was not any less than a standard hotel breakfast). Overall I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here whenever I am in Philly.

I had a pleasant stay and staff were friendly and helpful. Check in team asked if I wanted a complimentary bottle of water, which was nice. The team at the restaurant answered all my menu questions and the breakfast was delicious. The king bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

We usually stay in Center City and have always liked our hotels. We wanted to try something closer to our daughter and this hotel did not disappoint. This was our second time staying at this location. I think it will become our family hotel! We were there over Thanksgiving and it was seamless. They were able to get us to our rooms early and texting with the hotel is very prompt. Angie was at the front desk on Wednesday Nov 26 when we checked in and she was so nice and helpful!
